MSA Students Take the Next Step on the Path to Success

It is absolutely critical to us that our students remain on the path to success after leaving MSA. We have a strong focus on placing our students into the best schools in our community; and we have designed our data systems to track student progress and achievement throughout high school, college and entry into the workforce.

In Charleston we are fortunate to have a number of top-notch independent middle and high schools including Porter Gaud, Charleston Day School, Ashley Hall, Charleston Collegiate, Mason Prep, and the University School. Our experience has shown that there is a strong desire for increased diversity at these schools, but they have struggled to find students from the underserved demographic who can handle their academic requirements.

We are thrilled to announce that six of our well-prepared students have recently been accepted as early entrants into three of these independent schools on full scholarship.

As more of our students reach matriculation age (5th grade) over the next several years, we will be working closely with our best independent, charter, magnet and selected highly-ranked public schools to ensure that our students are well positioned for continued success.
